Quick noteWe say credit card, but almost all the information you’re about to read will apply to debit cards, too. And in some cases even pre-paid cards.

Which Credit Cards Can You Use?

Online casinos usually accept these brands:

Visa – This is the most common, and arguably, the most popular credit card brand.

MasterCard – Every casino will accept MasterCard, too.

American Express – American Express (or Amex) is hit or miss. Not every casino will accept them, or at least it’s not something they advertise.

How to Make a Deposit

Making a credit card deposit is a stupid-simple process. Chances are you know how to do this, especially if you’ve shopped online before at places like Amazon, eBay or Best Buy.

Here are the steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the cashier button.
  3. Choose which option you want to use. Start with credit or debit card, then choose which brand.
  4. Enter your card number.
  5. Enter your expiration date.
  6. Enter your 3-digit CCV code. You’ll find this on the right-hand side of the back of your card.
  7. Enter how much you want to deposit.
  8. If you have a coupon or bonus code (not usually needed nowadays), enter it.
  9. Hit submit/enter.

Your money should hit your account within minutes, if not seconds.

Most casinos won’t charge you a fee for making a deposit.

Some do, though, like Bovada. They charge 3-5 percent for every deposit you make.

That’s all there is to. You’re now ready to play blackjack.
